Breathwork is one of the purest, most effective techniques to release stress and tension, heal and resolve trauma, and awaken you to your true Being. It is a profound tool for transformation on all levels–body, mind and spirit.
Each 4-hour workshop artfully combines the powerful benefits of Breathwork with two complementary healing practices: Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Starting with Gentle Yoga, we will come to fully inhabit our bodies, warming us for the physical practice of Breathwork. Following the tangible Doing of Gentle Yoga and Breathwork, Yoga Nidra invites us to rest in the subtlety of our Being, releasing all effort and integrating our healing.
