Our breath is the essence of aliveness. It is the force of life itself flowing throughout the entire body.
Focused Breathwork allows the experience of aliveness to circulate more deeply throughout our body and consciousness. The pattern of breath keeps us grounded in our bodies, providing the bridge between the conscious and the subconscious.
Through Breathwork, we experience the body's connection to emotions and the mind, allowing us to clear the body of old, unwanted emotions, beliefs, energy patterns, and unresolved trauma at the cellular level. Ours cells become more spacious and receptive, enabling us to infuse our intentions and desired energy for daily living into the deepest essence of our being.
In this 3.5 hour workshop, you'll practice breath-centric yoga, experience the ancient practices of circular, connected breath, and integrate your healing work with Yoga Nidra.
